The grant program is administered through the U.S. Department of Education. NC CACG is funded by the U.S. Department of Education College Access Challenge Grant, P378A120017.

  7. 2012 SEP 6 | NATHAN KOTECKI NCCCS 3MP Kick-Off Meeting College Access Challenge Grant – Overview & Strategy • Proposed Outcomes • As a result of participating in 3MP, minority male students will have a higher persistence rate from semester to semester and year to year than non-participating minority males in the community college system, as demonstrated by enrollment data reported by the campuses. • As a result of participating in 3MP, minority male students will have a higher graduation rate than non-participating minority males in the community college system, as demonstrated by graduation data reported by the campuses. • As a result of participating in 3MP, minority male students will have a higher rate of transfer to four-year institutions than non-participating minority males in the community college system, as demonstrated by enrollment data reported by the participants and confirmed by the four-year institutions.
