  3. Previous Assessment Process • Academic programs assessed separately • strategic plan, personnel, budget • action plan • internal and external review • Needed to make process more relevant and streamlined

  4. Switch to Assessing Core • Re-alignment of administrators • “Departments” and “Divisions” became hard to define with growth of the college • Student Learning Outcomes and WEAVEonline

  5. Assessment Group • Faculty members selected by Vice-President/Provosts and Deans • Representative of core disciplines

  6. Course Specific Section • Enrollment and Completion • Course Success Rates • Course Objectives and Measurement of Student Learning Outcomes
