  3. What is the MyeMHR Virtual Lifetime Personal Health Records Data Management System? The following business plan has been developed by the management of ICUcare LLC for the express purpose of providing an identifiable set of goals and objectives for use by the management of the company in implementing and measuring their effectiveness in achieving those objectives. It is expressly understood that the following information as contained herein is not intended to serve as a prospectus for investment. ● It consist of but four components: A Smart Card, a Client-side App, a Card Reader and a Cloud-based Virtual Lifetime Personal Health Records System ● The solution can communicate with all other disparate EHR’s agnostically i.e. EPIC, Cerner, Allscripts, Vista, NexGen, Athena, eClinicalWorks etc. ● The Platform is owned by the patient and collectively maintained by the patient and any/all care providers or institutions providing medical services. ●  The solution includes a “front-end” feature for verifying eligibility and a “back-end” feature for use by Insurers in reconciling medical claims automatically.

It is expressly understood that the following information as contained herein is not intended to serve as a prospectus for investment. ● Achieves a long standing goal of the DOD, VA, HHS (Medicare & Medicaid) and the Public/Private Health System in being capable of Communicating with each other due to having solved the long standing issue of “interoperability”. ● Provides the Public Health System with the tools from which to finally realize true “Continuum of Care” across the community or landscape. ● Reduces or eliminates healthcare related fraud estimated to be $68 Billion/year ● Reduces or eliminates much of the $700 Billion/year in redundant and un-necessary medical procedures i.e. X-Ray, CT Scans, MRI’s Lab’s etc. ● Improves the quality of care received by every patient due to the care provider having access to a patient’s longitudinal medical history at the point of care.
