  8. Integration requires Tackle processes - putting customers first Integration of front desk and back office FAME Adopt single accommodation standards Integrate ICT systems

More of the same or a radical new future? • ‘One Town’ approach for every major town • Joint Worcestershire asset management strategy • New vehicle – JV/SPV/Trust that gives: • Joint ownership • Joint management &FM • Joint decisions on all property matters • Maximise potential of land and property
