  2. Long-Term Goal Adopt 21st century teaching approaches to enhance students interest towards English literature.

  3. Short- Term Goals • Change in questioning technique to enhance children observing ability. • Encourage students to use different resources to enhance their language skills • Encourage students to involve • themselves in activities such as creating reports, essays and stories.

Instructional Strategies and Tasks • I will allow students to share their prior knowledge with class fellows. • I will allow students to make other subject assignments using computer soft wares. • I will provide more opportunities for students to answer questions that require higher-order thinking.

  9. Conclusion 21st century teaching approaches would help my students to acquire higher level of thinking and to gain a better knowledge of English literature.
