Cooperation Contract • Common expectations – high ambitions • Agreement on essential aspects • Clear separation of roles – overlap avoidance • Collaboration based on helping – listening one to another • Individual initiative motivated • Schedule compliance • Continuous updates regarding project progress, schedule likely alterations, meeting cancellations

Management of People • Often meetings for working at the lab • Weekly meetings with the supervisor to present our queries + progress and receive feedback and guidance • Equal division of work and report writing • Freedom in proposing ideas and democratic decision making • Internal and directly personal conflict solving • 5min/hour breaks

  7. Conflict management • Often disagreements • “Bad chemistry” • Curt and cheeky responses • The Irony Same culture Compromise

  8. Management of Time • Abstract rather than fixed time management • Not implementation of activity diagrams or Gant charts • Valuable waste of time during the first month • Solved after putting strict daily time constraints • Often behind schedule regarding deadlines

  9. Learning Styles • Working in groups has been a new innovative working experience for the group members
