부재료 불량 대책 방안. 2013. 8. 21 본사 자재구매팀. 1. 부자재 구매단가 절감방안. ① 감가율 재조정으로 인한 불량률 축소. → 부재료의 성분별 중요도에 따른 감가상수 차등적용 ※ 감가액 계산식 = ( 실험값 - 기준값 )/100 × 감가상수 × 단가 × 입고량. ② 변경 감가상수 적용예 ( 트럭 1 개 분량 기준 ). ③ 2012 년 실적에 따른 변경 감가상수 적용예. ④ 납품 수량 조정으로 불량률 축소.
