Signal Operational Review Performance Monitor * • Low Volume Traffic Signal (2-lane roadway AADT <= 10,000 or Multi-lane roadway AADT <= 15,000; Use the largest AADT, SR or Cross Street) • High Volume Traffic Signal (2-lane roadway AADT > 10,000 or Multi-lane roadway AADT > 15,000; Use the largest AADT, SR or Cross Street) • Coordinated Traffic Signal (Any Signal that is physically interconnected to another signal or is operated in conjunction with another signal based on time.) • 884 Traffic Signals are Owned and Operated by WSDOT (Focus of Performance Monitor) • 151 Traffic Signals are Owned by WSDOT and Operated by Others • 207 Traffic Signals are Owned by Others and Operated by WSDOT * Signal Operational Review data, current as of September 30, 2007 as reported by the responsible Signal Operations Engineer in each Region Traffic Office.
