  3. Website Evaluation Methodology • The guidelines used to evaluate the website were taken from; • Using Research-Based Web Design & Usability Guidelines (Leavitt & Schneiderman, 2006) • Number of guidelines used: 20 • Levels of “Relative Importance” reviewed: 5 & 4

  4. About Qoo10 • Joint Venture of Ebay & Giosis • Online-based market place (previously known as Gmarket ) • Gmarket started in 2000 • Acquired by Ebay in 2009 • Changed Brand to Qoo10 in May 2012 • 7 localized online marketplace in Asia

Conclusion • Overall, Qoo10 is functional and reliable. • Good Reach and Rich in content • Users can feedback about discrepancy in the products . • However, the content is too cluttered. • High images content – slower loading • Recommended to organize the content in an orderly manner • And include assistive technologies.
