  2. Follow these stapes: 1. Launch Microsoft Office Outlook 2. Click Tools on the top menu and click Account Settings. To build up a Rogers Email Account in Microsoft Office Outlook

  3. 3. Select the E-mail tab, and then click New. 4. Enter the Rogers email settings as follows: I. Your Name II. Your email address III. Account type: POP3 VI. Incoming Mail server : pop.broadband.rogers.com

  4. V. Outgoing Mail server : smtp.broadband.rogers.com VI. User Name : Your full Rogers email address (including @rogers.com) VII. Password : Your email password 5. Click More Settings

  5. 6. Click on Outgoing Server tab and check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication". 7. Select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" (Default) 8. Click on the Advanced tab 9. Change Incoming Server (POP3) to 995. Check "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL).“
