  1. Customer in the Center of QA Testing The only constant in this world is change. You probably heard of that and experienced it. Lots of things are constantly changing. Information technology is a big part of it. Most of the things that make our life easier today are offspring of technology. Technology is becoming more complex and dynamic. Just like a flower, it has boomed to its most beautiful season. The best thing that ever happened is its accessibility. It is now user-friendly especially when testing is closer to customers. Testing is conducted inside office and testing centers. Electronics and software can be processed automatically. How do QA testers prepare for testing the product? Do they actually have to try errors to figure it out? Today’s world is so demanding. Testers are prepared to fix the bugs and issues but not everything are included in the scope of testing. Testing is trial and error. It changes. For some cases, there are scenarios customers may face. Customer experience should take part. Remember, software applications are intended for customers. It is important to ensure the usability and use experience to make happy customers. You cannot just follow how you wanted your application to be regardless of what the real customers want. Customers’ needs and want should be the center of your testing focus. If you run a test and it is successful t is still meaningless if the idea is nothing for the customers. Customers experience should be kept and analyzed. It should be a learning tool to understand and figure out what really works for customers and how you can have them to buy your service or product. The dilemma now is the digitalization. You cannot control the rapid change of technology. Every single day it changes into something new and becomes more complex. The best quality can be achieved but only

  2. through proper knowledge and execution. Digitalization greatly affects the needs, wants and behavior of customers. Customers are involved in testing ideas and beta versions. Job description of a tester is changing dramatically. Customer experience is a key ingredient to the application success along with system testing and user experience. Testers are still needed to fix those bugs and errors. They know better than anyone else. Nothing can ever change that. It’s just that the pressure for high-quality system testing is increasing.
