A Little About Us • Who are we? • Levy Restaurants • What is our mission statement? • We are a family of passionate restaurateurs that always strive to increase customer service • When was the beginning? • The company began as a Deli in Chicago 25 years ago. We have since then expanded into fine dining restaurants and into the sports and entertainment industry. • Where are we now? • Levy Restaurants has restaurants, arenas, sporting venues, parks, zoos, conference centers located all across the world. We are currently entering our third year at the Toyota Center. • Why Levy Restaurants? • Levy Restaurants exceeds guests expectations with celebrated food and heart felt hospitality, because we love what we do and it shows.

  4. What do you mean to the company? • As a Non Profit Organization with Levy Restaurants you are a part of the Levy family. NPOs and Levy Restaurants have a unique partnership. We both continue to extend open arms to support and donate dollars back to the community.

Age Requirements and Alcohol Awareness • Age Requirements • All volunteers have to be 18 or older • Volunteers who are apart of a non alcohol serving organization, the age limit is 16. • Alcohol Awareness • TABC Certification and classes • RCS Certification Online Course • www.regcomplianceusa.com • Site Code 7a8ef • Identification Procedures

  6. Cash Handling Procedures • Getting the money • If you are scheduled to work a portable location, you are then responsible to pick bank at Event Center. If you are scheduled in a concessions stand money will be a location prior to you arrival See map attached • Money Responsibilities • You are responsible for the security of you bank. After entering the concessions stand.Never Leave Bank Unattended. • You are responsible for locking bank after depositing money at end of shift. • Stand Leads (tan shirts) will no longer handle money after NPO group member begins using till. Please let a manager aware if you notice, things of this nature happening. • Overages/Shortages • Change Procedures

Pre-Event Duties • Check In • You are now required to check in 1 hour before doors • List of names of group members for TABC and RCS verification • Uniforms • Send in your shirts sizes, another pre requisite to help check in procedure prior to scheduled event • Stand Counts • Supervisor does all stand counts, double if need be. • Employee Meals – Located at Stand 125

Event, and Post-Event Duties • Event • Levy Difference • Up selling • Tip Cups – NOT ALLOWED • NO BATING • Badges on upper left side of the body • If you receive a tip, let stand lead know you are putting your gratuities', in a separate place other than money till. • Post-Event • Collection and Deposit of money • EON Stand Counts • Clean-Up of location

Payment Process • Commission • Commission Rates-10% • How is it determined? • See Handout • Alcoholic Events • 1- 4 groups members you receive a minimum of 200 dollars • More than 4 - 8 and above people you get 300 minimum. • Non- Alcoholic Events • If you cover the minimum for group members, you received an hourly rate

  12. Parking • Everyone is responsible for finding your own parking. There are parking lots, a parking garage and metered parking. These parking options are very limited and fees are not reimbursed. Our suggestion is to carpool.

  13. Appearance and Uniform Guidelines • Appearance • Jewelry, • Men, only allowed 1 Ring (wedding Band) • Women, 1 Set of Earrings, no larger than a nickel • Women, allow 2 wedding band (engagement and wedding band) • Tattoos and Piercings • Grooming • Uniforms • Black pants – NO FADED JEANS • Black slip resistant shoes with black socks • Black conservative belts • Shirts will be provided upon arrival at each event or may be purchased • Hats are provided for each volunteer once

  14. Commitment and Schedule • Commitment • Rockets’ Season-30 out of 42 games • Aeros’ Season-Optional • Concerts-Optional • There will be a few mandatory events. • Schedule • See Handout

  15. Contract and Highlights • Contract • Agreement • Amendment • W-9 • Supplier Certification Form • 501c3 • Highlights • Once the contract has been completed there will be required service, safety, and procedural training. • Logos- I need a jpg. of your group Logo to make Signs.
