  3. Have you been teaching for more than 1 year? • 5 years? • 10 years? • 15 years? • 20 years? • Have you ever had a career besides teaching?

  4. Have you ever spent time in a research lab? • Do you know if you’re in the MBBG or CBiRC RET program?? • Do you enjoy the PD you receive during the year at school? • Do you feel supported by your administration?

  5. Do you prefer paper over plastic? • Would you like to talk to Bill Nye instead of Bill Clinton? • Have you sent at least 1 Tweet already today? • If The Voice came on the TV, would you change the channel? • I feel comfortable advocating for myself and having tough conversations, when needed?

  6. Do you prefer card games instead of board games? • Do you prefer soup over salad? • Have you ever watched this show? • If we gave you $1, would yousing a song for us right now?

Suggestions • RELAX – you’re in good company! • LOOK OUT – for yourself (RR, stretch) • TAKE – away all the ideas you can even if it feels like you’ve done this before • RECORD – notes more often than you think you should • SHARE – ideas and concerns • ANSWER – phone calls in the hallway • ENJOY – yourself, your groups & have fun! • ALWAYS – think about ways you can be a leader and share things with the others
