The discomfort/ injury if of: 57% back - side, 29% Knee and foot, to 24% shouder, 14% head, and others (American Collge).            Then, it is the necessity to know which position here finishes more for being  adjusted. Overload between L3 and L4 1 2 3 4 5 1 To lie down 4 In foot (inclination body to front) 2 In foot 5 Seated position (inclination body to front) 3 Seated position (90 degree)

  3. PRESSURE GENERATED IN THE LUMBAR REGION In the position in foot, it generates minor overload in the column that in the seated position.

  4. The angle of inclination of the chair (100%, 110%, up to 120%) and with the rank of a lumbar support (up to 4 cm), minor will be the overload in the lumbar region.

  5. LOAD SURVEY • To the people who work with load transport : • To keep the bending of the lumbar region and bend of knees; • carried next possible to the vertical axle of the body; • and in shipment of the load.
