  1. NPD The Elephant in the room It is all about survival Peanuts IMAGE

  2. The formula for positive growth is simple • Keep what we have…key to that is • attendance • Guard the West Gate. • Immediate Personal Contact if dues • are late...first the Secretary, then the • Worshipful Master. • Value our Brothers!

  3. Keep what we have.. Attendance We must recognize the importance and make an issue of it. Keep records and track it. Encourage it through “C.I.F.” Communication, Involvement, Fellowship Brothers who attend 4 or more meetings annually don’t stop paying dues. We have to make every effort to get them to Lodge.

  4. Guard the West Gate • The Petition and Interview process must be clean! • Make sure signers know the Man and vouch for him. • Follow through by Mentors…Annually, 200-400 Men • are voted on and petitions accepted that are never raised. • Brother Secretaries please enter the petition into • MORI once it is voted on by the Lodge. • Ensure that all new MM’s prove up on their 3rd Degree

  5. Immediate PC if dues late Minimum First, by the Lodge Secretary (admin). Second, by the Worshipful Master (fact finding). Third by a regularly attending Brother close to the Brother, possibly his first line signer (concern). Then, by letter signed by the WM. By phone or in person from the WM again. (helpful)

  6. Value our Brothers I solicit that we all make a masonic promise here today and I ask you to take this back to your lodges and ask all of your Lodge Brothers to make the same promise. I promise, as a Mason, that I will always value my Brother Masons. That I will do everything in my power to ensure that no Brother Mason is ever lost to the Craft due to my lack of diligence or failure to care. No mason who slips into a limited physical, financial or mental capacity due to age, accident or misfortune will be lost to my lodge if it is in my power to prevent or help prevent it. Thank you Brothers
