So Yingli has been working on the promotion of on grid solar application in those African countries where has set up a well performing grid network and planned to issue some supporting policy for solar business. Energy for Hope • Yingli Green Energy is not only a sponsor of the FIFA World Cup™, but also a provider of its solar expertise and products to power “20 Centers for 2010”, the official campaign of the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ • By coupling the campaign with our solar products and expertise in the renewable energy space, we believe that we are truly joining forces with FIFA in offering a platform for better social development • 10 community centers across Africa have already been completed and all 13 remaining centres are currently in construction and development. Those will be inaugurated latest by end of 2013. • We call this “Football for Hope. Energy for Hope” 27

28. Football for Hope Centres have already opened in South Africa, Mali, Kenya, Namibia, Lesotho and Mozambique. The 10th Football for Hope Centre opened on 4th of April in Manica / Mozambique. A further 10 Football for Hope Centres will be completed by end of this year in Botswana, Cameroon, Cape Verde Islands, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Mauritania, South Africa, Tanzania and Zimbabwe.
