Locally Available CG Equipment • VHF Fly Away Kits • Juneau, Sitka, Kodiak • Multiband Fly Away Kit • Juneau • Tactical Handheld Radios • Juneau • Existing Infrastructure • Shoreside VHF Hi-Sites • Shoreside VHF Lo-Sites • Command & Control systems at Command Centers and onboard response assets

  5. Outside CG Equipment • Outside equipment available thru PACAREA • Fly Away Kits (Requires Technician Support) • VHF • UHF • ACU • Portable Marine Radios • Portable Tactical Radios • CG Imaged Laptops • Mobile Communications Vehicle (MCV) • Requires 4 Person Support Team

  6. Interoperability • Standard CG tactical mobile & portables • All marine band channels • Nationwide Interoperability Frequencies • Agreements w/ many govt partners for frequency programming • Agreements w/ SEAPRO and ACS for programming OSRO frequencies

  7. Challenges • Limited quantity of local equipment • Outside equipment will primarily come from Novato, CA • Some outside equipment not transportable thru commercial means • Agreements not in place w/ ALL response agencies
