  1. Venice, Italy Presented to you by: Arijay Mehta And Ben Huber

  2. Cost of Airfare According to Travelocity, the cost of the ticket to fly to Venice, Italy, will be $890.39 x 2, because I will be flying with a counterpart.

  3. I will need a passport since I will be leaving the country. My passport will cost $135, again x2 because there will be 2 of us.

  4. I will need to get immunized for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A, as well as a few other mandatory shots.

  5. I will need to convert my $2,000 U.S. dollars to 1,486.77 Euros.

  6. During my time in Italy working for Talbot Thingamajig Inc., I will be staying in at San Polo neighborhood in Venice.

  7. I chose to live in San Polo because it seems like the perfect neighborhood for my stay because it is just like Hampton. One reason I chose San Polo is because it has a mixture of some the diverse cultures of Italy, which will help give me and idea of the different cultural societies of Italy, all in one neighborhood. Another reason I chose this neighborhood is because the famous Rialto Market lies at the foot of the Rialto Bridge, this is where I will do most of my shopping. The populated market would be an ideal place to sell Talbot Thingamajigs. The market has many restaurants that have been thriving for a very long time. San Polo is located in the middle of Venice, so traveling to the different places in Venice will be fairly easy.

  8. The preferred way of transportation in Italy is by water/boat. During my time in Italy, I will mainly travel by water taxi. The fare for a water taxi is approximately 2 Euros per minute.

  9. Entertainment Options If you are looking for a place to relax and play a round of golf, a great place to play is Circolo Golf Venezia Lido. The cost is a great deal for an upper class resort in Italy. A great place to go watch a fine display of music and arts go to InterpretiVeneziani. This place is located in a small church with beautiful accoustics. Great performances that you can buy tickets to are shown at the theatre TeatroJunghans where the meaning of a three-sided stage is taken more seriously than anywhere in the world. The theatre is nicknamed “Little Cheese Theatre” because it is almost identical looking to a wedge of cheese. For shopping in Venice, you could go to the large Piazza San Marco Mall for a variety of places. Some of which are similar to the stores in the United States malls. A great place to catch a flick with your companion is Giorgione Movie D’Essai. This is one of the most well known movie theaters in Italy.
