  2. What does this mean? • What is the perception of the PRC in the international community.

  4. North Korea • Traditionally an ally of the rogue state. • Support for UN Resolution 2094, imposing sanctions on luxury goods going to NK. They are against the use of military action in NK.

  5. Environmental Challenges • Already covered in previous lesson – but PRC has the potential to be a world leader in International Environmental Policy • However – there are major issues holding them back. • Past behaviour at Copenhagen and Kyoto suggests their true concern is for their own national interests rather than global citizenship…
