  4. GOOD ASSESSMENT AND MODERATION SYSTEM “… learners receiving correct credits and certificates...” ability to develop Assessment guides and tools. Assessor Competencies Registered with the AgriSETA Grounded background in assessment Moderator competencies Ability to improve assessment systems Ability to generate reports and verify assessments It is a key requirement to submit moderator reports for verification of learner achievements submission of reports

MANAGEMMENT OF THE TRAINING INTERVENTION • Provide complete learning programs with implementation plans for outcomes MANAGEMENT OF ROLL OUT PLAN AND SUBMISSION • Submit 3party contract to AgriSETA before start of training – the AgriSETA issues letter of approval • Provider notifies the AgriSETA of training start • date and electronically submit list of learners for loading on the national learner record database . • Have available CVs of facilitators. Facilitators shall possess qualifications a level above • qualifications a level above the ones they train on. TRAINING STAFF
