  3. “Service Unit Plan Objectives” • Delineate the programs and services provided by the AAA with OAA and OCA funds • The Units of Service are Objectives • Must tie to a general Goal in Area Plan • No need to restate in narrative form as System Building objectives. (Units of Service stand alone as SUP objectives.)

  4. Complete electronically Insert PSA # Check box if a service category is not funded

  5. If Title V &/or CBSPs are not funded… Insert PSA # and type in “Not funded” Four-Years Maintain record for the four-year cycle
