  1. Presentation on my film. One of those days One of those days were nothing seems to go right but in the end everything works it’s self out.

  2. Aims To cover the following: • Plot • Feel and visual style of the film • What the characters of the film are like • Information on locations • Props and resources • Why decisions have been made

  3. Plot • A man will hand a homeless guy some change. • Because of this he will not have enough for the train home. • He withdraws money only to realise on his return that he has left his wallet. • After returning to retrieve his wallet he will then walk to his girlfriend’s house.

  4. Feel and visual style • Overall it will have a rather mundane feel. The audience should be able to identify it’s self with the main protagonist. • The bleak image presented throughout will change on his return home to a warm comfortable house. • Close ups will be used to identify things going wrong as show in the story board.

  5. Characters • John – confident and successful • Jane – Attractive and stylish • Homeless person – Young (may be acting maybe genuine) • Train Worker – Helpful and kind

  6. Locations • Use of urban areas • Towards the end quieter areas are used. • On Johns arrival at Jane’s house a quiet urban street will be used – suggesting that she is from a well off family and the couple themselves are alsowell off but also kind.

  7. Props • Clothing for all characters will have to specific. • Items such as beer/take away will need to be purchased. • Items such as lamps and signs will also be provided.

  8. Shooting • 41 shots are in the story bored. • The film will be shot over 2 days. • Snacks and drinks will be available during shooting. • Locations are all in close proximity and have good public transport links

  9. Overview • The idea demonstrates a simple yet effective message which the audience can identify with. • Central locations providing easy transport links for cast and crew. • Can be produced professionally within limited resources.
