This alarm appears when the ambient temperature sensor detects106F (41℃) and above. ● State of affairs... The compressor continues running. ● What to do... • Verify that the ambient temperature to decrease 104F (40℃)and below. • ※ For other corrective actions, refer to E.TP.A (high ambient temperature error). ● How to reset the alarm... The alarm is automatically deactivated when ambient temperature is under 106F (41℃).

This error appears when the internal CPU communication error or abnormality occurs. ● State of affairs... The compressor shutdowns. ● What to do... Verify that there is no electrical noise. And also check environment condition such as dust, corrosive gas, high humidity, high ambient temperature. Visual check for PCB which has any dust or conductive material attached. ● How to reset the error... Turn off the main power supply to reset the compressor. If the error still remains after reset, replace PCB.

This error appears when the pressure sensor detects 160 PSIG and above. ● State of affairs... The compressor shutdowns. ● What to do... • Verify the contact sticking (contact welding) on magnetic contactors. (= contactor damage) • Compare between the pressure indication on control panel and external pressure gauge. If the values are different, either PCB or pressure sensor is malfunction or damaged. ● How to reset the compressor... Turn off the main power supply to reset the compressor.

The compressor shutdowns. ● What to do... • Verify that the pressure sensor connectors or connector pins are loosen, damaged, or open contact. • Verify that the pressure sensor wiring is disconnected or damaged. • If there is no problem with the connector or wiring, either PCB or pressure sensor • is malfunction or damaged. ● How to reset the compressor... Turn off the main power supply to reset the compressor.

This error appears when the pressure sensor detects 189 PSIG and above. ● State of affairs... The compressor shutdowns in emergency. Operation is disabled from this point till corrective action or countermeasure has to be done. ● What to do... • Verify the contact sticking (contact welding) on magnetic contactors. (= contactor damage) • Verify that safety valve is working properly or vent hole is clogged or blocked. • Compare between the pressure indication on control panel and external pressure gauge. If the values are different, either PCB or pressure sensor is malfunction or damaged. ● How to reset the compressor... Reduce the pressure to 145 PSIG or lower. Afterwards, press and hold START button for more than 10 seconds to reset the compressor.

This error appears when reversal phase is detected at L1, L2 and L3 phases when the power is turned on. ● State of affairs... The compressor does not start. ● What to do... • Wiring the cables in correct order. • If the error still remains, verify whether the main power switch or circuit breaker is deteriorated or not. (age deterioration) • ※ Unbalance or unstable of the power supply may also cause this error. ● How to reset the compressor... Turn off the main power supply to reset the compressor.

Compressor overload) 【Simplex】 【Multiplex】 ●How does it detect... This error appears when the compressor thermal relay is tripped and detects its signal. ● State of affairs... The compressor shutdowns. ● What to do... • Check for abnormal noise while the compressor is running. • (Scroll head shaft may be broken or overloaded when there is abnormal noise) • Turn off the main power, and try to rotate the pulley by hands and verify whether it is heavy or not. (Scroll head shaft may be broken or overloaded if it’s heavy) • Verify that the motor shaft or bearing is damaged. (Overloading) • Verify that the main power source has fluctuation in voltage. • (Electric current may surge) ● How to reset the compressor... Reset the thermal relay in the starter panel.

TemPerature Ambient) ●How does it detect... ② This error appears when the ambient temperature sensor detects 117F (47℃) and above. ③ ● State of affairs... Controller The compressor shutdowns. Formula: 【Converted Temp. Value】=(【Temp. Sensor Resistance Value】×0.52) - 262 ● What to do... • Verify that the ambient temperature is more than 104F (40℃). • If the error occurs at low ambient temperature, inspect the temperature sensor. • Remove the sensor from PCB and measure its resistance. Use above formula and • convert it into Temp. value. Input the resistance value and check if it is matched with • ambient temperature. If they don’t match, then the sensor is damaged. • ※ The detecting value of sensor can be confirmed by connecting the hand held controller to • PCB’s connector CN2 (at the back of PCB). => Press and hold ①‘MPa’ more than 1sec. • The detecting value of SRL head’s sensors can be also confirmed by pressing ②↑③↓ • (for SRL Multiplex only). If the sensor is working properly, then the PCB is damaged. ● How to reset the compressor... Turn off the main power supply to reset the compressor.

This error appears when the following condition is satisfied: 【Scroll head temp. sensor value】 – 【Ambient temp. sensor’ detecting value】 > 117F (47℃) ※ The high ambient temperature is not always the cause of error. ● State of affairs... The temperature sensor detects abnormality, and shutdowns operation for safety protection before scroll heads are jammed or locked due to tip seal worn out. (affected by ambient temp. and dust) . Tip seal is worn out Replace tip seal. High temperature is detected. The comp. shutdowns operation. Affected by ambient temp. and dust Restored ● What to do... Before replacing the tip seal, follow the corrective actions for high ambient temperature error and verify that the temperature sensor and PCB are not damaged. Afterwards, proceed to tip seal replacement. ● How to reset the compressor... Turn off the main power supply to reset the compressor.

TemPerature) These errors appears when the temperature sensor is disconnected. (wire damaged) 【Simplex】 ● State of affairs... The compressor shutdowns. ● What to do... PCB type temperature sensor • Verify that the temperature sensor connectors or connector pins are loosen, damaged, or open contact. • Verify that the temperature sensor wiring is disconnected or damaged. • Remove the sensor from the PCB and measure its resistance. The value should be between 500 - 600 ohms. ● How to reset the compressor... Turn off the main power supply to reset the compressor.

This alarm appears when the compressor encounters five consecutive short ON-OFF cycles (1 cycle is less than 20 sec.). ● State of affairs... The compressor shutdowns. ● What to do... Basically, SRL Multiplex is required external receiver tank, therefore this error is not supposed to be happened. However, in some cases, when the discharge piping (rubber hose) or air tank is too small, this will affects high pressure loss, and may cause this error in result. In additions, when the compressor air outlet is blocked by some causes, E.CPU error may also occur in result. (ON-OFF operation frequently) ● How to reset the compressor... Press the STOP button.

This alarm appears when the pressure drops lower than the set pressure. ● State of affairs... The compressor continues running. ● What to do... • Verify that there is excessive air consumption at customer production line. • Verify whether there is any air leakage or not. • Verify that air receiver tank is enough capacity for the application.※ This alarm is optional. It requires setting to activate this alarm.
