  1. Royal Mail Group Incentive For Growth Postage Credit Process

Calculation and award of postage credits • Royal Mail will calculate the amount of any Postage Credits to be awarded by applying the relevant postage credit rate to the volume of eligible mailing items posted under each service during the incentive period • Postage Credits may be paid directly into any active Royal Mail account held by the customer or will be awarded via email in the form of a posting certificate which contains a unique voucher code. • Postage credit vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue • Multiple vouchers may be issued depending on the size of the credit earned

How to redeem postage credit vouchers • Postage credit vouchers may be used towards payment of an invoice for any future posting • Postage Credit vouchers may be redeemed either: • directly with Royal Mail; or • with a mailing house who has signed a Voucher Redemption and Reimbursement Agreement; or • with an Access operator who has signed a Voucher Redemption and Reimbursement Agreement; • The postage credit voucher will contain a unique voucher code and the redemption form will contain further instructions about how to redeem the voucher • To redeem the voucher the customer completes the redemption form in full and emails it to their chosen postal provider

Royal Mail confirm voucher code is valid and deposit credit in to the nominated Royal Mail account 1. Credit voucher and voucher redemption form (VR form) issued to advertiser Royal Mail 7. Royal Mail Invoice paid with combination of credit and cash 4. Mail provider completes their section of VR form and emails form and voucher to Royal Mail Finance Mail Provider 8. Invoice issued to mail originator for full value of service. Originating customer 2. VR form received for use against future mailing with any Access operator 3. Complete VR form and email form and voucher to mail provider to redeem voucher against a future mailing – 9. Invoice paid with combination of voucher credit and cash
