Principiu de functionare • Pentru a obtine o emisie de lumina permanenta, trebuie sa aibe loc urmatorul proces dinamic: electroni mibili din partea n, atrasi de termenul pozitiv al tensiuni V intra in regiunea saracita.Simultan golurile mobile din regiunea P, atrase de terminalul negativ al tensiunii V intra in aceeasi regiune saracita.Recombinarea electro-gol din interioru regiuni saracite produce lumina.sarcinile electrice se refac din sursa de alimentare.

  3. Parametri • Dioda LED emite o anumita cantitate e lumina atunci cand este polarizata direct (anodul la plus si catodul la minus) si prin ea poate trece un curent de la cativa mA pana la zeci de mA fara a o distruge, dar acest curent trebuie limitat in exterior la valoarea maxima.

  4. Utilizare • Este utilizat la monitoare, jocurile de lumini, la semafoare la farurile de la masini.
