Completed a high-visibility three million dollar project granted by Lilly Endowment. Analyzed field research concerning quality and perceptions of education and employment in the County. Recommendations regarding program design and resource sourcing were accepted by Lilly and then were implemented. Researched and designed a County wide promotional plan for new programs and services. Achieved approval and field implementation ahead of schedule. Was responsible for initiating brand new services in the region. Developed marketing strategy (television, radio, publications, partner channeling) which raised sales by 30%. Implemented the program County wide.
