  8. Lessons learned Timing is crucial Be on top or ahead of things Be well informed and have arguments ready Create synergies Find ways to channel information to different actors

  9. Some questions How to counter arguments like: “It is a priority to us. We already fund this project…”. Or: “All the MDGs are important. We cannot prioritise all of them”. How to reach the highest level of decision making?
