  2. THE STORY Metropolis : 1927 The journey began when the brand decided to create collections dedicated exclusively to the most famous avant-garde artists such as Guimard, William Lamb. It is a tribute to all ‘the great minds’ who believed in a new era and looked ahead into the future. Frietz Lang, a well-known producer and producer of the movie ‘Metropolis’, realized in 1927. The movie is the inspiration of Metropolis collection based on an expressionist and a futuristic mind. The ecstatic New Tower of Babel in the city of metropolis is a symbolic art deco representation of ‘spirit of knowledge’, is carved on the top of the Tournaire pen. The robot with its two hypnotic eyes is distinctively carved to detail and the instrument encapsulates like a curved body armor that protects the heart of the pen. The Metropolis lighter is designed based on the majestic machine that helps to fuel the city’s existence. In collaboration with Philippe Tournaire, Metropolis is hand crafted carefully in yellow cast bronze and precious Dupont red lacquer. The limited edition is an accolade to these artists and architects of 19th and 20th century.

ORDER PROCEDURE Two options: 1 2 You place your order with the sales administration service or area manager giving your quantity without any particular numbers We allocate you numbers directly and send you an email of confirmation. If the numbers ordered are not available we let you know and make a new proposal. = For both of those options no order will be launch to production if you don’t confirm our final proposition IMPORTANT : Each Product is made to measure. When the order is confirmed we launch the production, For this reason it’s important to be sure before any confirmation to avoid last minute cancellation Deliveries : Earlier a client will place his order earlier he will be delivered, priority of production is given by the date of the order confirmation.
