Ithanet Portal Project Facts • Start: 1 December 2008 • Duration: 2 years • End: 31 November 2010 • Budget Total: €129,998 (150, 158) • Partners: CING, Fenwick Services Ltd, ORH NHS Trust • Reports: Interim (M6), Annual (M12), Interim (M18), Final (M24) • Budget: 35% after contract signature , 45% after the annual report and 20% after the final report

  3. Workpackages • WP1 Management • WP2 Dissemination • WP3 Globin Mutation Database and user Interface • WP4 WikiThal • WP5 Portal Content, Structure and Design

  4. Management (WP1) • Consortium Agreement • Organization of monthly Videoconferences • Organization of Personal meetings every six months (3 meeting: Brussels, 13 Dec. 2008, 2nd: end of first year, 3rd: end of second year)

Dissemination (WP2) • Project website on the portal • Use of the portal for dissemination activities •  Workshop in Cyprus •  2 Journal publications (WikiThal and Ithanet Base) • 1 new Proposal to be prepared (FP7) •  Communication with the public •  One – two conferences in EU for project dissemination
