  7. 10626 East Colonial DriveOrlando FL, 32817 FIREARMS TRAINING In the State of Florida, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services "shall issue" a license to carry concealed weapons to citizens that meet a number of criteria as defined in Florida Statute 790.006. One of those criteria, FL Statute 760.006 (h), requires demonstration of competency with a firearm. For citizens without documentation of previous firearms training, the easiest way to demonstrate this competency is by attending a concealed weapons license course presented in accordance with Florida law. East Orlando Security Academy Concealed Weapons License Course is designed to provide private citizens with the knowledge necessary for obtaining a concealed weapons license in the State of Florida including essential principles of firearms safety and operation in addition to the legal aspects of concealed carry and use of force.
