  2. Who are Refugees? In conventional language, Refugee is the person : • Who is out of his country nationality. • Who has a fear of ill-treatment in the country because of his race and religion. Resettlement is the term which is used to transfer refugee from one country to another country who is ready to take them. This is where the refugee visa subclass 200 role takes place.
