AT = junto a, em, no, na, à • To certain places. Ex.: at the airport, the door, the chalkboard, Mary’s house, home. • I’mat/onthe corner. (na esquina) • Address with number. Ex.: He works at 450 Main street. • To schedules. Ex.: at 3 pm. • Meals. Ex.: At dinner. • With feasts. Ex.: At Christmas.

Some Situations • He is at the club. (jogando) He is in the club. (dentro do prédio) • She is at the theater. (Assistindo a uma peça) She is in the theater. With go, come, get and arrive we don’t use any preposition. Ex.: I’m going home. • INTO = para dentro de Ex.: The thief is going into the jail.
