  2. Long Term Goals • Adopt 21st century teaching approach to enhance students appreciation of mathematics.

Short term Goals • Stressing students to develop skills for complete solutions instead of working only on answers. • Encouraging students to inquire about the topic • Promoting discussions in the class for topic • Make them realize the importance of their peers and to develop friendly environment.

  4. Instructional Strategies • I would appreciate students to ask as much questions as they can to boost their higher order thinking • Will encourage the group discussions • Will inquire student to define the logic how they came to an answer.

  5. From the given or experienced strategies students will be asked to decide which to adopt • Topics Methodologies Skill develop • 3D shapes Demonstration Distinguishing skill • Time Presentation Observation skill • Number Guided survey Collaborative skill sequence • Bar charts Survey Communication skill • Measurement Demonstration Decision making skill practical session

  6. Solutions to anticipated challenges • Challenges Solutions • Parents may have I’ll develop a sample question an question and it’s solution objections on certain comprising of all the methods methodologies which will be sent to parents.

  7. Students not agreeing I’ll select the students to work in groups. randomly to develop their interaction skills. • Principal might not I’ll show all my working second my methodol- and course manuals -ogies to make her agree.

  8. TIME LINE I will focus on Observational and Discussion skill I will implement 21st Century teaching approach September November December I will focus on communicative skills October I will focus on Mental calculation And Decision making skills

  10. Conclusion 21st century teaching approaches would help my students to acquire higher level of thinking and to gain a better knowledge of Mathematics subject.
