  6. Step 5: Clicking Select • After the User has clicked the Select Button from the Share with dropdown, then the Share With dropdown will be populated with all of the people/affiliates the User selected • NOTE: When the User selects individual members from this community or affiliate communities, then it lists those communities individually. If the User has selected all members of this community or an affiliate, then the community will appear in orange (see “PGB” affiliate) • If the User were to open the Share with dropdown again, all the people the User checked will still be checked Test dialogue title Test dialogue body lorem ipsum dolor sit amet test dialogue body lorem ipsum dolor sit amet

  8. Additional rules/conditions

  9. Error messages • If the User clicked send without having entered a Title or Body: • “Please enter a title and body” • If the User clicked Send without having entered a Title: • “Please enter a body” • If the User clicked Send without having entered a Body: • “Please enter a title” • If the User clicked Send without having selected one or more recipients: • “Please select one or more recipients”

  10. Share with dropdown Scrollbar • A scrollbar will appear in the Share with dropdown if there are too many people • If a scrollbar appears, then it will always be present (it won’t be a hovering scrollbar)

  11. Preventing multiples If people were selected multiple times in the Share with dropdown (i.e. below, Denise Hayman Loa and Inka Mathew were selected under “Food Fest” and under “PGB”)… …then they won’t appear multiple times after the User clicks Select (i.e. Denise Hayman Loa and Inka Mathew only appear once) Note: recipients should only receive one email for each Dialogue. So even if they’re selected multiple times in the dropdown, they shouldn’t receive multiple emails. Just one apiece (use the same logic as is already in place for sending Dialogue emails)

  12. Framing many users • If there are more people/communities than will fit in the field, then periods will appear (see left, where periods appear after “Volley Ball Mount Laurel” because there are more people/communities to show) • Usernames and community names can be cut off with periods after 20 characters (see left)

  13. Removing Users • Clicking an “X” next to a username or community name will remove that user/community from the list XYZ Community L…

  14. Closing Share with dropdown • If the User clicks the Select Button from the Share with dropdown, it will close • If the User clicks outside of the Share with dropdown, it will close without submitting the selections • Closing the dropdown either way will make the dropdown stay closed until the User clicks on the field again. It will not become stuck open
