  3. Make improvements to the exteriors & surroundings: This you can do by re-painting the walls, fences, gates and other areas which need painting. Lawns should be mowed, bushes trimmed and the surroundings kept neat and tidy.The aim is to make the property more attractive & eye catching to the potential buyers at first glance.

  4. Make improvements to the interiors as well: Work should also be done inside your home. Walls should be repainted, broken door knobs replaced, electrical fittings & plumbing should be fixed and in good working condition.
