  5. Federal/Local Matching Requirements • Local match – 11.47% • Federal share – 88.53%

  6. Grant Cycle- FFY 2008 • Applications Submitted • CTC adopted the list of projects- January 2009 • DMT currently submitting Grant Application to FTA • Standard agreements and procurement

  7. Next Grant Cycle-FFY 2009 • Apportionment- $12.6 million • CTC adopted Scoring Criteria in February • Call for Projects - March • Application Workshops - March and April • Applications due to RTPAs June 5, 2009 • Applications due to Caltrans September 4, 2009 • State Review Committee verifies scores • Anticipated CTC project adoption in December • Application to FTA in January 2010
