When I asked several of the mentors and colleagues that I mix with, what marketing strategy they began with as a newcomer to Internet marketing, I was surprised by how many of them told me that it was FORUM marketing where they began to find success and to make money online. This was an incredible eye-opener to me because I think that too many Internet marketers and online business owners overlook this simple but powerful strategy for generating leads and sales for building your business. Forums are for interaction and for discussion between people in a specific niche or with a specific interest. Members use the forums to ask questions, find answers and educate themselves on a particular topic. Although it's a simple technique, most apprentice Internet marketers and newcomers to this industry do it all wrong. There is definitely a technique to using forum marketing successfully in your marketing campaigns and once again it comes down to understanding and applying the principles of ATTRACTION MARKETING. There are many forums dedicated to discussing Internet marketing and you'll come across a lot of other Internet marketers and online business owners who are already promoting their own products or services. Brand yourself as a professional marketer by joining in the discussions, answering questions and offering good advice to the members. Show yourself as a person of respect and value and people will be attracted to you and want to know more. Help them to find out more about you with a proper Signature Box filled in.
