  2. Azerbaijan is a very rich and beautiful country. Azerbaijan has a lot of famous writers: Nizami Gandjavi, Abbas Sahhat, Mirze Alakbar Sabir, Mirze Fatali Axundov, Huseyn Javid, Baxtiar Vahabzade, Abbasqulu Aga Bakihanov, Mikail Mushfig and other well-known writers of Azerbaijan.

  3. NIZAMI GANDJAVI Nizami Gandjavi was born in Ganja in 1141 and died in 1209. Nizami Gandjavi wrote a very beautiful epic poems. He also wrote «The Five Jewels»(«Hamse») • In "The Five Jewels" is composed of five world-Famous works. This: "Treasury of mysteries", "Khosrov and Shirin", “Leyli and Majnun", “Seven beauties" and “Iskandarname".

  4. MIRZA ALEKBER SABIR Mirza Alakbar Sabir was born in Shemaha in 30 May, 1862in Shemaha. M. A. Sabir was a public figure, philosopher, teacher and a poet-innovator. M. A. Sabir lived a life that forced him into a truly patiently bear all the sorrows and cares, fall to his share from childhood. Mirza Alakbar Sabir died on July 12, 1911 in the Prime creative force. • Life and creative activity of Sabir devoted to the novel, drama, literary articles and essays, monographs. His works have been translated into many foreign languages.

  5. MIRZA FATALI AHUNDOV. Mirza Fatali Ahundov was born on June 30 in 1812, in the city of Sheki. In 1873, on the basis of the Latin and Russian alphabets Mirza Fatali Ahundov was alphabet, fully functioned Arabic and adapted to the audio features of the Azerbaijani language. In 1830-1840 years M. F. Ahundov were written on the basis of the tradition of classical poetry in Persian and Azeri number of poems - «The Complaint on time», «Poem on the death of Pushkin». • He dead in 1878. He was buried on the territory of the Botanical garden in Tbilisi.

  6. BAHTIAR VAHABZADE Was born on August 16, 1925 in the city of Sheki, Azerbaijan. His works - lyric poetry, drama and publications are translated into many languages.70 poetic collections, and 20 poems, 2 monographs, 11 scientific works and hundreds of articles have brought the popular poet of honor and respect. The author of the books «the Light in the deep layers», «the Artist and time», «the Greatness of the simplicity», «Time and I», «Heat of the native hearth» and others. B. Vahabzade died on February 13, 2009 in Baku. He lived for 83 years.

  7. HUSEYN DJAVID Huseyn Javid was born on October 24, 1882 in the Nahchivan. When he had education in his native city, Huseyn D. went to Tabriz and comes at a madrassah. Here he studied Arabic and Persian languages and classical literature East. Excitement of stay in Western Europe were reflected in his great poem «Azerbaijan», on which the poet worked in 1926-1937 years. Huseyn Javid died from cardiac arrest in connection with the from hypothermia feet, at 22:30, 5 December 1941.

  8. MIKAIL MUSHFIG. Mikail Mushfig was born on June 5, 1908 in Baku. The poems occupy an important place in the work of Mushfig. The most famous of his poems were: «Gaya», «My friend», «Among the drilling», «Shepherd», «Uncle Djabi» and others. M. Mushfig died on March 12 in 1939 in Baku. Lived only 30 years old.

  9. ABBAS SAHHAT. Abbas Sahhat was born in 1874 as a Shemaha. He was burn in the mullah’s family .В 1912 out a collection of poems «Broken saz» and a collection of translations from Russian and Western European poets «Western sun». Then came the poem «the Courage of Ahmed», and in 1916, was published romantic poem «The poet, the Muse and the citizen». Abbas Sahhat died on June 11 in 1918 of the Ganja.
