Role of Partnerships • Project Financing • In each of our projects we look for sources of grant money which can lower our risk and increase our return on equity • REDI program with NRCan is an integral part of the projects we are doing in Canada • In other jurisdictions, we look for the tax or grant incentives for renewables parallel to REDI

Role of Partnerships • Project Financing • In each of our projects, we are open to discuss sharing the ownership of the project with the building owner • We are developing a proposal for a poultry processing plant in Delaware which will involve third-party project finance, either as an LP or a JV.

Role of Partnerships • TEAM – our partner is funding the risks of innovation • The first North American solar cooling facility using an adsorption chiller in at the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre • The capital cost of our project is too large for our portfolio today • TEAM and REDI are supporting us with grants • Mondial has received significant expressions of interest from the Middle East in our work

Engineering Partners • Mondial is working with Canadian designers on our projects to date • We find ourselves pushing the Canadian envelope of what is possible – racking, roof attachments, building permits and volume • Mondial has been approached by a large German engineering firm, interested in being our global designer and installer
