Old Procedures Proposed Procedures Grievance Resolution panel will have 3 or 5 members Senior administrator will be appointed by the chancellor in consultation with FS The OC will consist of 3-5 tenured faculty appointed by Faculty Senate. OC rep will sit on, not participate in, deliberations OC rep will make a summative evaluation • Chancellor will appoint Grievance Officer • Grievance Hearing Panel having 30-60 members. Half by FS and half by chancellor • Ad hoc Grievance Hearing Committee drawn from panel. 12-16 members • Chancellor will make a determination upon receiving the committee’s report

  2. Old Procedures Proposed Procedures OC will continually monitor the process Yearly, OC shall present summative and evaluative report to FS OC will monitor implementation of remedies, and report to FS any non-implementation • Grievant has option to appeal to the president
