Strategies for Successful Implementation • Policy • Determine IPR Policy objective • Set goals/standards for various performance objectives as required. • Determine if outsourcing of some elements is an alternative. • Participation • Level of Management & oversight/resources • Determine level of risk regarding revenues & expenses
