  16. Thematic data Reference data Asset data Asset data, the foundation • Gas • Leidingen • Appendages • Stations • Afsluiters • Kathodische Bescherming • Aansluitingen • Overdrachtspunten • Maatvoering • E.a Assetdata is data of the assets itself. • Telecom • Leidingen • Appendages • Stations • Moffen • Maatvoering • E.a • Elektricity • Kabels • Moffen • Stations • Installaties • Velden • Schakelaar • Veiligheden • Transformatoren • Aansluitingen • Overdrachtspunten • Maatvoering • E.a • Common Objects • Mantelbuizen • Afdekplaten • E.a

  17. Thematic data Reference data Asset data Reference data, data from “outside” Reference data is data that is used to define the location of other data or to group other data. It comes from an external source • Areas • Zipcode-6 areas • Zipcode-5 areas • Zipcode-4 areas • Community boundaries • Province boundaries • Safety area boundaries • Corop areas • Contaminated soil • Sinking soil • Etc. • Background • GBKN • Topdienst • Andes data • Satellite fotos • Aerial fotos • Plans • Etc.

  18. Thematic layer, data becomes information Thematic data Reference data Asset data Thematic data is data that was created by a data-owner, an analyst or an automated process, ready for viewing by other users. 18
