  5. Action list • So far we have only received fed back from Ghislain on the Cherenkov 2 and the magnetic shielding design. • We need the following urgently: • A schedule with milestone dates on the PID components so that we can work out a realistic time table for the Design & Safety review on components: • Cherenkov 1; • TOF 0, 1 & 2; • Calorimeter • We also need to have a common design on the support structures on alll the PID components. Paul has asked me to initiate this and I would like to have the endorsement of this group before I can make a start.
