Objectives of JV • Article 4.1.1 - Pursue contracting opportunities in oil and gas services sector in South Sudan • NILEPET – Article 4.1.5 to use it leverage to enable SIPET get contracts and deal with legal issues • QDC – Article 2.12 to build institutional Capacity of Nilepet through relevant course training of Nilepet SIPET employees.

  11. Project Management & Consultancy (PMC) Under PMC Contract, SPECS serves clients in the Oil and Gas in the Republic of South Sudan. Responsibilities: • Supervises FEED and Detailed Engineering Design for FSF and FPF • Supervises Construction and Commissioning of Oil & Gas facilities • Reviews and monitors procurement of equipment and related facilities • Ensures Health Safety and Environment (HSE) producers are adhered to by the contractors • Prepares scopes and plans for the project completion • Coordinates project activities, etc.

Responsibilities: • Operation and maintenance of the power engines and related equipment, • Operation and maintenance of the substation and Transmission Lines

Engineering, Procurement, Construction Commissioning EPCC SPECS Carries FEED (Front Engineering Design) and has done detailed Engineering , procurement, Construction and Commissioning of projects such as; • Electrical overhead power transmission line • Water distribution systems to Army Camps

Munga Oil Field Reinstatement Project Munga field reinstatement project includes: Phase 1 –(6 wells reinstated, FPF reinstated) finished, Phase 2 – started Field Surface Facilities (FSF) i.e. wellheads, Christmas trees flow lines, above ground piping Field Production Facilities (FPF) Bioremediation & PWP- Produced Water Plant OHTL & Substation, Power Supply Well sites Munga Export Pipeline

Conclusion It is envisioned SPECS services will be extended to; Countries in the region as well as to other parts of the world in the near possible future SIPET can reinstate all South Sudan oil fields i.eTharjath, finish second phases of Toma South, El Nar, El toor and Unity oil fields. Petrochemical refineries in and outside South Sudan Residential and Commercial buildings in the South Sudan To become a premier in Engineering Design and Consultancy in the South Sudan and beyond
