MarkeTrak Task Force 2011 Objective: To continue to work with Market Participants, ERCOT, and other interested parties to maintain the MarkeTrak database application responsible for the tracking, managing and storage of ERCOT retail market issue management and data discrepancies in the market. 2011 Objective and Goals

MarkeTrak Task Force 2011 Objective: Develop both interim and long term processes to support PUCT rulemakings and Texas SET 4.0 Implementation Deferred Payment Plan (Switch hold) Meter Tampering (Switch hold) (project 37291) Customer Rescission AMS Missing and disputed interval data 2011 Objective and Goals

MarkeTrak Task Force 2011 Goals • Task Force will develop new subtype(s) to accommodate requirements of PUCT Rule 25.126 related to meter tampering, and PUCT Rule 25.480 related to alternative payment plans • Task Force will coordinate activities with TDTWG to monitor 2011 SLA benchmarks and response times for the MarkeTrak tool. • Update the MarkeTrak User Guide to support the interim process for the Deferred Payment Plan Rule

MarkeTrak Task Force 2011 Goals • Continue to encourage MarkeTrak users and Market Participants toward increased participation in regular MarkeTrak meetings • Coordinate with ERCOT to emphasize the importance of updated contact lists for all MarkeTrak users and administrators • Review and finalize all 46 use cases for the Phase III project

MarkeTrak Task Force 2011 Goals • Work with ERCOT to develop training and educational materials • Begin initial planning of Phase III implementation • Develop survey for MarkeTrak users • What users like and dislike about the MarkeTrak tool • What changes and improvements are desired • Review results as a Task Force

MarkeTrak Task Force 2010 Accomplishments • SCR756 received Critical designation within ERCOT Project Priority List (PPL) • Worked with TDTWG to develop new SLA benchmarks and response times for various components of MarkeTrak within the ERCOT monitoring platform • Organized Task Force enhancement suggestions into use cases • Assigned use cases to individual Market participants • Have begun to review use cases

MarkeTrak Task Force 2010 Accomplishments • Worked with Meter Tampering Task Force to develop interim processes for switch hold removal • Collaborated with ERCOT to implement changes to improve MarkeTrak performance • Reduced auto-logoff timeout from 60 minutes to 30 minutes • Reduced archival time from 13 months to 7 months • Increased threads • Updated the MarkeTrak User Guide reflect workarounds within several subtypes • Switch Hold Removal (Other) • AMS interval data (Projects)
