What is this Disease? • It’s when you have knowledge of certain consequences, yet you still do the action. • I.e. you know that Allah is All- Watchful, but you still commit sins and go to the bar(thinking that know one will catch you). • It is a bigger sin to do an action even when you know you shouldn’t.

  3. What are some examples? • Backbiting • Cheating • Lying • Stealing • Jealousy

  4. Related Hadith • The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said, “Knowledge from which no benefit is derived is like a treasure out of which nothing is spent in the cause of God.” ~ Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 108

  5. Related in the Qura’n • Say (O Muhammad SAW to them): "Believe in it (the Qur'ân) or do not believe (in it). Verily! those who were given knowledge before it (the Jews and the Christians like 'Abdullâh bin Salâm and Salmân Al-Farisî), when it is recited to them, fall down on their faces in humble prostration." ~Al-Isra (107)

  6. What Tonicity Does this Relate to? • This is related to the Hypertonic Heart.

  7. How do I prevent this disease? • Keep doing Dhikr of Allah so that Shaitan cannot influence you. • Continue to have trust in Allah and ask for His forgiveness daily. • Do not delay your prayers! • Don’t forget to make Du’a after salah. • Always refer back to the Qura’n.
