Required for all instructors in IDP To maintain designations and recognitions (BOK) On a 5-year cycle Addresses 5 Requirements to Maintain in 5-year* Cycle: Membership Practical Instructional Experience Ongoing Instructional Development (Training Attended) Instructor Development Ongoing Development (Body of Knowledge) *For leads and masters activity required during multiple years IDP Maintenance: 5 in 5

Instructors’ professional development Maintaining instructor base CPA Compliance CPA clause: Chapters will only use instructors that are actively engaged in the Instructor Development Program for APICS Corporate APICS programs. Actively engaged is defined as an individual who has been designated as an IDP instructor or who has submitted an application and is working toward IDP designation (not official interpretation yet).
