WORKPLACE EQUIPMENT/ ADAPTATION GRANT THE AIM OF THIS GRANT IS TO INCREASE JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH SUPPORTING ADDITIONAL COSTS TO AN EMPLOYER IN EMPLOYING OR RETRAINING ANY EMPLOYEE WITH A DISABILITY. WAGE SUBSIDY SCHEME THIS SCHEME OFFERS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO EMPLOYERS TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO EMPLOY PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES WHOSE WORK PRODUCTIVITY LEVELS ARE BETWEEN 50-80% OF USUAL PERFORMANCE

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMME THE SEP IS AN EMPLOYMENT INITIATIVE THAT SEEKS TO FACILITATE THE INTEGRATION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES,WHO TRADITIONALLY HAD DIFFICULTY GETTING INTO PAID EMPLOYMENT IN THE OPEN MARKET, BY PROVIDING SUPPORT SERVICES ON THE JOB JOBINTERVIEWER/INTERPRETERGRANT A SERVICE AVAILABLE TO JOB SEEKERS WHO HAVE A HEARING OR SPEECH IMPEDIMENT AND ARE ATTENDING JOB INTERVIEWS.
