Making Tolls Pay-off for Brooklyn • Equal pricing of all entries so 50,000 drivers don’t drive out of way to free Brooklyn bridges, clogging local streets; would free-up road capacity for economic development. • Time of day pricing to reduce congestion in peak hours, give people lower cost times to travel. • Brooklyn gets transit and road benefits equal to its 25% share of weekday vehicle entries to Manhattan CBD. • Full flow toll collection across 59th St. cordon closes loophole, doubles revenues.
