  2. The project has looked forward to what health and care might be like in 2030… …to help local services in Lambeth and Southwark prepare for that future

  3. The challenge is to thinkstrategically and to work collaboratively We all want Lambeth and Southwark to be one of the best health and social care systems in the UK. If we are to achieve this, we need to start thinking now about the strategic challenges that we will face in the longer term. Such shared understanding should also help us work together more collaborativelyin the short and medium term.
